1. Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. What the service does
Matcha Filter Remover creates a new AI-generated interpretation of a matcha-stylized image. It does not recover the original photo, reveal lost pixels, or expose hidden private content. Results may change identity details, clothing, lighting, pose, and background.
3. Your images and permissions
You must own each upload or have explicit permission from the rights holder and every identifiable person whose consent is required. You retain your rights in your upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process it only to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested service.
4. Accounts and Google sign-in
Google sign-in redirects you to accounts.google.com. We never receive your Google password. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and for activity performed through your Matcha Filter Remover account.
5. Credits and payments
A first-use credit may be added to a new eligible account. Paid credit purchases are not currently available, and the website does not currently collect card or payment details. If payments are introduced, the price, processor, refund terms, and any taxes will be disclosed before purchase.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for content or conduct prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, to violate privacy or publicity rights, to impersonate or defraud another person, or to bypass technical or safety restrictions.
7. AI output and availability
AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or different from your expectations. We do not promise identity accuracy, uninterrupted availability, a particular processing time, or recovery of any original image. Download results you wish to keep before automatic deletion.
8. Suspension and termination
We may reject content, reverse credits after a failed job, limit access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for decisions made from AI output or for unauthorized material uploaded by a user. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product develops. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms. Contact us before using the service if you have questions.
